A_icon.gifInsider Access members have either purchased Upper Deck card product and have entered their wrapper codes on the registration page or have purchased Digital Packs. As an Insider, you have full access in the world, including the ability to purchase licensed team and player-specific merchandise and more!

Q_icon.gifIs my child safe on UpperDeckU?

A_icon.gifUpperDeckU is a safe, moderated community for children of all ages. Our moderators and customer service team have access to all chat and interactions between players and react accordingly to any questionable behavior. All interactions between players are also automatically filtered and moderated. UpperDeckU utilizes two kinds of chat options for players, Ultra Safe Chat and Safe Chat. Accounts with Ultra Safe Chat are automatically set to users under 13 years old, where players can only select from certain pre-screened phrases in order to chat with other players. Safe Chat is filtered live as players type their phrases into the chat bar so that any offensive material is not allowed.

A_icon.gifIf your child is under 13, they will automatically be set with Ultra Safe Chat. If you would like to change your child's chat option, please visit this link Chat options and complete the form.

Q_icon.gifI'm not getting emails from UpperDeckU

A_icon.gifSometimes email sent from UpperDeckU won't be delivered to your email inbox. The first thing you should check is to make sure you have your current email set up in account settings. To change your email click on account settings when you're logged in and at the UpperDeckU.com home page. From there, select “Change Email”. If you aren't receiving email updates and responses to your customer service questions then your email provider might be blocking UpperDeckU's email. It is very important that you receive email sent from UpperDeckU so that you can receive help and important emails like new passwords.

In most cases, you can change your email settings so that UpperDeckU email will get through to you. Make sure that the following addresses are added to your safe list (sometimes called “Allowed Senders”, “Not Spam”, “Safe Emails”, etc), and NOT on your block list (sometimes called “Blocked Senders”, “Spam”, etc.): UDU@UpperDeck.com

In order to check if UpperDeckU emails are making it through, we suggest changing your password as this will automatically send an email.

If you're still not getting email from UpperDeckU or can't change your allowed list, you might be able to sign up for a free email service and use this new email address for your account after you get your parents' permission. To change your email click on account settings when you're logged in and at the UpperDeckU.com home page. From there, select “Change Email”.

A_icon.gifYou should NEVER share any personal information on UpperDeckU or anywhere online. Rules of the U #3 says to Keep Personal Info Private. Keeping UpperDeckU safe for you and your friends means NEVER sharing any personal information, like your real name, phone number, address, email or passwords.

Q_icon.gifWhat should I do if someone asks for my personal information?

A_icon.gifIf someone ever asks you to share your personal information (including your password) with them, you should click on the Blow the Whistle icon in the bottom of your navigation to notify the UpperDeckU Head Coaches. You should then leave the room. No Upper Deck employee will ever ask you for your personal information.

Q_icon.gifHow can I pick a good password?

A_icon.gifThe best password is one that no one will ever guess! Your password should be a mix of letters and numbers. You shouldn't use words that people can guess like your name, birthday, or player name! Also, be sure to write it down in case you forget it!

Q_icon.gifWhat should I do if I think someone knows my password?

A_icon.gifYou should change your password if you ever think that someone else knows what it is. To change your password click on account settings when you're logged in and at the UpperDeckU.com home page. From there, select “Forgot Password?” It is also a good idea to change your password occasionally for better security. Also, never change your password to something someone has told you, as they could log in and steal your account.

Q_icon.gifWhy do you need my current password for me to change it?

A_icon.gifYou have to enter your current password so that we can make sure that someone else is not trying to change your password. It's just another way to make sure your account is secure.

1. Be a Good Sport - UpperDeckU is a fun place where players respect their

teammates and fellow players. Here's how you can help:

a.Be a team player and respect other players!

b.Help train other players, especially the new rookies

c.Always practice overall good sportsmanship


2. Don't Trash Talk – Heckling and foul language will definitely upset the game officials, and no one wants to deal with angry officials! Make sure you don't talk about inappropriate subjects. As a general rule, if you wouldn't say it in front of your parents or school teachers, then don't say it at the U! Instead, be friendly, encourage other players and remember to have fun!

3. Keep Personal Info Private - Keeping UpperDeckU safe for you and your friends means NEVER sharing any personal information, like your real name, phone number, address, email or passwords.

4. No Cheating - UpperDeckU is a level playing field, so please don't use any outside programs to cheat. If you do, you will get ejected from the game, so play fair!
